Target Housing is seeking an experienced Recovery Case Worker for our Sheffield-based service at St Bart's. You will deliver empathetic, person-centred support, working with individuals with complex needs to promote tenancy sustainment and independent living.
You will liaise with the Service Manager and Recovery Team Leader, providing proactive case management, risk assessment, and planning while delivering both 1:1 and group support to clients and their networks.
