Target Housing is recruiting a Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities in Hull, in their homes and community. The role requires initiative, good listening and communication, and the ability to follow policy and complete care plans.
Induction includes health and safety, first aid, medications and moving and handling; autism awareness and trauma-informed care training are also offered. DBS check and driving licence helpful.
