As our Senior Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing income from major donors, trusts and foundations, and strategic funding partners.
Working closely with the Head of Philanthropy & Partnerships, Director of Fundraising & Engagement, Chief Executive and Trustees, you’ll identify and cultivate new opportunities, develop compelling funding propositions and deliver outstanding stewardship that inspires long-term support.
A significant proportion of this role is externally focused. You’ll spend time meeting donors and prospects, building relationships, understanding motivations, presenting opportunities and making asks.
To be successful, you’ll be supported by a dedicated Philanthropy & Partnerships Programme Manager who leads on donor events, reporting, stewardship support and CRM optimisation, allowing you to focus on building relationships and generating income.
