We are looking for dynamic & high-performing Sales Manager/Director to join our Sales team. The successful candidate is responsible for acquiring new clients and developing and growing the client base. The Role:
- New Clients Prospecting – Smart Prospecting and Cold Calling
- Client Segment: established Brands, Chinese brands
- Able to provide sound and effective sales solutions.
- Build strong relationships to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
- Markets, Competitors, Clients Intelligence Gathering
- Disciplined to maintain CRM and sales activities records
- Take ownership of Sales target and develop strategies to achieve target.
Job Requirements
- Preferably with 2-8 years of working experience in the related field.
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma/degree.
- Good track records (for senior role) in advertising sales.
- Must have existing direct client relationships and network (for senior Sales role)
- Must have a strong sales hunting background, with solid presentation and communication skills.
- Achiever attitude. Result-oriented, multi-task and self-motivated, strong work ethics and able to work under pressure independently and in a team.
- OOH/DOOH advertising experience preferred but not a must.
Remuneration commensurate with experience. This is a base + commission role.
