About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Electrician with Q/S responsibilities to join our growing electrical team. In this role, you’ll be hands-on with a range of electrical works. General maintenance work, as well as carrying out inspection, testing, and signing off works as the Qualified Supervisor (Q/S).
Success in this position means delivering high-quality electrical work and consistently staying on top of compliance and Q/S responsibilities. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team and play a key role in helping the department continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a range of electrical work on-site (e.g., maintenance, fault finding, testing)
- Gather detailed job/site information to support the quoting and pricing process
- Sign off completed works to compliance standards
- Accurately record the results of verification processes
- Support the team with technical and site insights to inform estimates and work scopes
- Stay up to date with relevant regulations and standards
Requirements
Must-Haves
- Minimum 2 years’ experience testing and signing off electrical work
- NICEIC or NAPIT Approved Contractor
- 18th Edition Certification
- 2391 Test & Inspection
Nice-to-Haves
- AOV (Automatic Opening Vent) experience
