About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and confident Coordinator to join our Maintenance Team. This is a crucial role that ensures seamless communication and efficient scheduling between our estimators, engineers, and clients. You’ll be the go-to person for managing schedules, coordinating information flow, and keeping everything running smoothly in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. We’re looking for someone reliable, resilient, and detail-driven — the kind of person who can stay calm under pressure and consistently deliver excellence. If you’ve got experience working in property management or property maintenance, you’ll have a great head start.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling estimators and managing their calendars
- Coordinating communication between estimators, engineers, and clients
- Liaising with clients to gather additional information when required
- Updating internal systems with project details and maintaining accurate records
- Handling internal reporting and document management
- Providing on-call support for estimators during working hours, handling any queries that arise
Must-Have Skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking ability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, especially Excel)
- Experience using a CRM system (desirable)
- Prior experience in property management, property maintenance, or a similar sector
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)
Annual leave: 23 days holiday + Bank holidays
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Location: Based in Silsoe (office based)
