no micromanagement, just good people doing great work together. About the Role Were looking for an experienced Roofer to join our team. Youll be responsible for detecting and repairing leaks, working on both pitched and flat roofs, and ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Requirements Key Responsibilities Detect and repair roof leaks using appropriate materials Work on flat and pitched roofs, understanding build-up and structure Carry out routine maintenance and assess weather-related damage Prepare accurate timeframes and budgets for customer proposals Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, especially when working at height Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with residents What Were Looking For Good understanding of roofing systems and repair methods Experience in leak detection and applying the right solutions Knowledge of roofing materials and their application Ability to plan and cost small projects Full, valid UK driving licence (with 7.5-tonne entitlement) Professional, reliable, and strong communication skills Benefits Offer & Benefits Competitive day rate (dependant on experience) Company vehicle & fuel card Uniform & phone provided 10-hour days, door-to-door Overtime opportunities Our Commitment to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion
