About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you\’ll play a key part in ensuring seamless communication and efficient scheduling between Engineers and clients. Your ability to stay calm under pressure while juggling multiple tasks will be essential to success. Were looking for someone reliable and resilient with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to maintain organisation in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Main Responsibilities:
- Scheduling Engineers and managing their calendars
- Liaising between Engineers and clients to gather additional information when required
- Updating internal systems with the latest project details and maintaining accurate records
- Handling internal reporting and managing documents
- Providing on-call support for Engineers during working hours, handling any queries that arise

- Must-have skills: Experience in customer service and basic IT skills (proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel. Previous use of a CRM is desirable)
