- We are seeking a highly organised and proactive
Executive Assistant to support our CEO with various administrative and operational tasks. This is a full‑time, hybrid position in Leamington Spa.
The ideal candidate will be thorough, have outstanding communication skills, and be able to anticipate the needs of an executive team.
This role will be crucial to ensuring smooth daily operations and maximising the CEO’s output.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar and Schedule Management: Arrange and maintain the CEO’s appointments, meetings, and travel itinerary.
- Correspondence and Communication: Assess emails and calls, prepare responses, and ensure that action items are quickly followed up on.
- Plan meetings by drafting agendas, taking minutes, and managing post‑meeting action items and follow‑ups.
- Make travel plans: Plan your itinerary, accommodations, and modes of transportation for both domestic and international travel.
- Project Support: As directed by the CEO, assist with research, data collecting, and special activities.
- Documentation and Filing: Manage confidential documents, file administration, and record‑keeping to ensure easy access and security.
- Office Support: Work with other departments and external connections to guarantee efficient office operations.
Requirements
- Experience: Three to four years of working with senior executives as an executive assistant or in a related position.
- Skills: Excellent organisational and multitasking skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook).
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and writing communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Adaptability: The ability to work independently, change priorities, and handle delicate material in a discrete manner.
