Target Housing is seeking experienced Recovery Workers to join our Bank pool in Sheffield. You will support service users with mental health and complex needs, delivering 1:1 and group activities, and coordinating with the Service Manager and Recovery Team Leader.

The role requires empathetic, organised professionals with strong communication skills, knowledge of PIE and TIP, and the ability to maintain accurate records and build relationships with partner agencies to promote tenancy sustainment.
