Target Housing is seeking an experienced and compassionate Recovery Case Worker to join our dedicated team at St Bart's in Sheffield. You will work closely with the Service Manager and Recovery Team Leader to deliver person-centred support to service users with complex needs, both 1:1 and in group settings.
The role requires knowledge of tenancy sustainment, risk management and support planning, with an empathetic, organised approach to help clients move towards independent living.
