Target Housing is seeking an experienced BANK Recovery Case Worker to join the Sheffield team at St Bart's. You will support service users with mental health and learning disabilities, delivering 1:1 and group sessions, and manage a caseload to promote independent living.
You will work closely with the Service Manager and Recovery Team Leader, using trauma-informed approaches and PIE principles to provide empathetic and person-centred support across a 24/7 rota.
