Main Purpose
To deliver an efficient maintenance support service, providing high-quality administrative assistance to the Property Admin Manager while leading and developing a team of seven administrators.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Management
Oversee a small team of property administrators to ensure all daily tasks and service-level expectations are met. Prioritise incoming repair requests and elevate issues as needed. Provide coaching, training, and development to maintain a skilled and motivated team. - Planning & Co-ordination
Work with Day-to-Day and Void Maintenance Managers to co-ordinate repairs, resolve issues, and support fast turnaround times. Monitor workflow and adjust priorities to maintain service levels and minimise delays. - Communication & Customer Service
Maintain effective communication with internal teams, partners, and customers. Liaise with landlords, letting agents, and contractors to ensure timely progress of repairs. - Compliance & Regulatory Responsibilities
Identify and prioritise repairs under Awaab’s Law and ensure statutory timescales are met. Track repairs to ensure compliance with legal and organisational standards. Maintain accurate records for audit and reporting purposes. - Additional Duties
Attend meetings, training, 1‑1s, supervisions, and appraisals. Adhere to organisational policies including health & safety, safeguarding, confidentiality, and equality of opportunity. Undertake additional duties supporting organisational aims as directed.
