Target Housing Ltd in Doncaster is seeking a Housing Support Worker to deliver high quality housing and support services to residents with complex needs. You will manage a caseload, complete support plans, monitor risks, and help tenants progress toward independent living.
You will work within a psychologically informed environment, cooperate with multi-agency partners, conduct regular reviews, assist with budgeting and rent, and promote residents’ rights while safeguarding confidentiality.
