Target Housing Ltd in Doncaster is seeking a Housing Support Worker to help people sustain tenancies, develop independence, and achieve personal goals on Morley Road. You will deliver practical housing support and work with partners to maximise outcomes in a person-centred way.

This is a permanent, full-time role, with a seven-day rota (no nights), DBS required, and strong emphasis on safeguarding, budgeting, income maximisation, and collaboration with local authorities and health professionals.
