We are looking to recruit a strategic, creative and data-driven Group Marketing Manager to lead all marketing and communications activity across the group. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll drive brand growth, employee engagement and business performance across multiple brands and markets.

The Role

As Group Marketing Manager, you will own and deliver the group-wide marketing strategy, leading integrated campaigns that strengthen our brand presence both externally and internally. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, manage digital and creative performance, and ensure every touchpoint reflects a clear, consistent brand story. This role blends strategy, creativity, analytics and communication, making it ideal for a marketing leader who enjoys both big-picture thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy
    • Create, own and deliver the group marketing strategy aligned to business objectives
    • Ensure consistency and synergy across all brands, divisions and markets
    • Define group-wide priorities and campaign planning
    • Partner with senior leadership to support growth, positioning and brand architecture
  • Creative & Brand Leadership
    • Lead creative design direction for campaigns, content and brand visuals
    • Oversee design assets across web, social, email and advertising
    • Ensure a consistent brand identity and tone of voice across all platforms
    • Own the content strategy for landing pages, social media and email
    • Plan and deliver campaigns from concept through to execution
  • Digital Marketing & Performance
    • Plan and manage integrated digital campaigns across PPC and web
    • Oversee paid media activity and performance optimisation
    • Use data insights to improve conversion rates and customer journeys
    • Manage marketing budgets and ROI reporting
  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) & Organic Growth
    • Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and rankings
    • Conduct keyword research and on-page optimisation
    • Track and report on SEO performance
  • Internal Communications
    • Develop and manage internal communication strategies across the group
    • Support leadership with internal announcements, updates and change communications
    • Strengthen employee engagement, culture and alignment
  • Events & Brand Presence
    • Coordinate Target Healthcare Group’s presence at industry events and exhibitions
    • Source merchandise, event materials and promotional literature
    • Manage logistics including shipping, stand setup, delegate bookings and stock control
  • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
    • Provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders
    • Contribute ideas and recommendations to support continuous improvement
    • Proactively support other departments during peak periods

About You

You’re a confident marketing leader with a strong blend of strategic thinking, creativity and technical expertise. You’re comfortable working autonomously, bringing new ideas forward, and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven marketing experience with leadership responsibility
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • Demonstrable experience in SEO and digital marketing
  • Experience developing and managing group or multi-brand marketing strategies
  • Strong creative and brand leadership capabilities
  • Excellent written English with the ability to create engaging, clear content
  • Strong IT skills
  • Experience using design tools such as Photoshop or Canva
  • Understanding of social media marketing (experience with Hootsuite or similar is an advantage)
  • Event management experience or strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively drive improvements
  • Photography skills are a bonus, but not essential
