Be Part of Something That Matters

Every day, thousands of patients rely on medicines that aren't always available through standard supply routes. That's where we come in.

Target Healthcare Group develops, manufactures and supplies specialist medicines that help keep patient care moving. From aseptic treatments for hospitals, to hard‑to‑source medicines for pharmacies and healthcare providers around the world, our work has a direct impact on patients' lives.

We're a growing specialist pharmaceutical group of more than 500 colleagues across manufacturing, quality, science, engineering, technology, commercial and corporate functions. Together, we're focused on improving access to medicines and delivering exceptional quality.

If you're passionate about making a meaningful difference, thrive in a collaborative environment and want to build a career with a business that's ambitious, innovative and growing, we'd love you to join us.

Digital Product Manager

Why this role?

This is a hands‑on role combining product delivery and IT project management.

You’ll work with our internal DevOps team to turn business needs into clear requirements, prioritise the backlog and help deliver useful internal applications. Alongside this, you’ll manage a range of IT projects across areas such as infrastructure, systems, modern workplace and information security.

It's a varied role for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and getting things done.

What you'll do

  • Own and prioritise the backlog for our internal applications.
  • Turn business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with developers and business stakeholders to deliver working solutions.
  • Plan and coordinate IT projects, keeping actions, risks and progress on track.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders and elevate issues when needed.
  • Use practical, lightweight governance to keep delivery moving.
  • Look for opportunities to use AI and new technology to work smarter.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in product ownership, business analysis, project management or a similar IT delivery role.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to turn business needs into clear requirements and deliverable work.
  • Good organisational skills and a practical, "get it done" approach.
  • Confidence working with both technical teams and non‑technical users.
  • An interest in using AI and technology to improve how work gets done.

You don't need pharmaceutical or manufacturing experience. We'll help you learn the industry — what matters is your ability to work collaboratively, take ownership and deliver.

Why us?

  • Make a difference. Your work will support the technology behind medicines that patients depend on.
  • Have real ownership. You'll work closely with teams across the business and see your work make a tangible difference.
  • Help shape our future. We're growing and investing in technology, giving you the opportunity to help build what's next.

Please note: All applicants are subject to a DBS check along with two references.
