Remediations Executive – 5 Month Fixed Term Contract
Fully Remote • Starting 07 October 2025 • Fixed Term Contract until March 2026 • Salary £25,000 per annum

What You\’ll Be Doing
- Communicate directly with borrowers to explain findings and/or discuss remediation options
- Process remediation payments and adjustments in loan servicing systems
- General customer service and first point of contact for complaint management
- Undertake administrative tasks; processing activities such as debtor tracing, returned mail and workflow management
- Provide support and assistance in other areas of loan/remediation servicing as needed
Requirements / What We\’re Looking For
- Strong experience in Customer Service, Mortgage Servicing, Compliance, or a related financial field
- Reasonable understanding of mortgage industry regulations
- Proficient in, and familiar with loan servicing / claim management databases and remediation processing tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively handle vulnerable customers
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
