Your Mission

As our Product Manager, you will take the lead in shaping the future of Target's core product areas: Arrears, Customer Lifecycle, and Payments. You’ll own the strategic roadmap, guide product evolution, and ensure our offerings remain competitive, compliant, scalable — and irresistibly compelling to our clients. You’ll also play a pivotal role in supporting bids and sales, designing commercially strong, customer‑centric solutions that set us apart in the market.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading & developing a high‑performing Product Team
  • Owning the end‑to‑end strategic product roadmap
  • Spotting industry trends and translating them into product opportunities
  • Working closely with Product Owners to deliver against roadmap priorities
  • Partnering with Bid, Sales and Solutions teams to shape winning propositions
  • Representing the customer — ensuring meaningful value and strong outcomes
  • Facilitating workshops, demos, and discovery sessions
  • Making smart decisions around priorities, scope and trade‑offs
  • Monitoring performance, adoption and product outcomes
