About The Role
As our Head of Change, you'll lead our enterprise‑wide change portfolio, delivering client‑funded programmes and internal transformation that support growth, regulatory compliance and operational excellence. This is a high-impact strategic role where you'll blend delivery excellence with strong commercial awareness and outstanding stakeholder engagement. You'll set the tone for a high‑performing Programme, Project and PMO community — inspiring, challenging, and empowering those around you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and developing a high‑performing Change Delivery function
- Driving client‑funded and internal transformation programmes
- Owning our governance framework and ensuring best‑in‑class delivery
- Taking senior ownership of stakeholder and client escalations
- Ensuring strong commercial oversight, financial control and benefit delivery
- Embedding clear communication, risk management and engagement across all change initiatives

- Proven experience leading change delivery at scale
- Industry‑recognised change/project management qualifications
- Expertise in Waterfall & Agile methodologies
- A track record of building high‑performing teams and implementing best practice
- Experience utilising offshore and onshore resource models
- Strong financial and budget management capability
