Hybrid/Cardiff | £26,000 per annum

We currently have 2 roles available within this team - 1 x Permanent / 1 x 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. Join a team where accuracy meets impact — and where you’re supported to grow. We’re looking for a Financial Servicing Executive to join our busy, friendly team and play a key role in reconciling, reporting and managing payments across multiple lending and investment portfolios. What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be at the heart of our financial operations, making sure our clients — and their customers — receive an exceptional service. Day to day, you’ll:

  • Complete daily and monthly reconciliations, meeting SLAs and keeping records accurate and up to date
  • Produce high‑quality reports and MI for clients and internal teams
  • Process customer and client payments swiftly and accurately
  • Investigate and resolve queries through our Service Desk and shared mailboxes
  • Support regulatory reporting, policy reviews and audit activity
  • Log, report and help close any breaches quickly and effectively
  • Work closely with clients and colleagues across the business to deliver great customer outcomes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and first‑line risk controls

What you’ll bring

  • Confident working to deadlines and managing your own workload

  • Skilled in Excel, with good problem‑solving and numerical ability
  • Knowledgeable about bank reconciliations and portfolio basics
  • Experienced in financial services (or eager to learn more)

  • AAT qualification, degree‑level education, or experience with general ledger systems.
