Target Group is seeking a Finance Analyst in Cardiff on a hybrid basis (2 days on-site). The role centres on accurate reporting, maintaining records and strengthening controls across Group Finance.
The successful candidate will support month-end close, journal posting, reconciliations and compliance with accounting standards. You’ll contribute to audits and continuous improvement, analysing variances and risks while collaborating with the finance team.
