We're looking for a Programme Manager to lead the delivery of client change, directly with our clients to understand their strategic priorities and ensuring Target is fully aligned and resourced to deliver to their needs.

What You'll Be Doing

  • You will be at the heart of how Target delivers — setting the bar for delivery excellence across complex, high‑impact programmes and projects.

  • Nurture relationships with our clients, understanding their strategy and priorities.
  • Translate client needs into clear, well‑structured delivery roadmaps.
  • Ensure projects are scoped, planned and delivered to agreed milestones and outcomes.
  • Drive Financial Performance
    • Apply strong commercial and financial awareness to all programme decisions.
    • Manage budgets, forecasting and financial controls with discipline.
    • Support pricing, bids and commercial conversations with clients.
  • Lead People
    • Lead, develop and support Project Managers, ensuring they're equipped, motivated and set up for success.
    • Inspire and energise the wider change and technology community, fostering collaboration, agility and a shared commitment to delivery excellence.
  • Enhance Processes
    • Deliver programmes in line with Target's frameworks, ensuring control, compliance and quality.
    • Report progress clearly, escalate risks early and embed lessons learned.
    • Champion continuous improvement, lean delivery and high performance.

    Experience & Qualifications

    • Proven experience delivering change in a client‑facing role.
    • Strong financial services experience.
    • A PM qualification (APM, Prince2, or equivalent).
    • Experience leading PMs and managing portfolios.
    • Experience with Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid approaches.

    Bonus Skills (Nice To Have)

    • Experience delivering in outsourced or BPO environments.
    • Offshore team collaboration.
    • Exposure to ISO/CMMI.
    • Agile qualifications and/or MSP certification.
