Starting salary of £26,000 per annum. Plus the opportunity to earn a bonus of up to £1,000 per year.
37.5 Hours Per Week, 7.5 hour shift Monday - Friday between 8am and 8pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays.

We’re looking for compassionate and proactive Arrears Executives to join our team and help guide customers through periods of financial difficulty. What You’ll Be Doing
- Speak with customers undergoing the debt recovery process—listening carefully, showing empathy, and helping ease their concerns.
- Carry out income and expenditure assessments to understand affordability and establish sustainable repayment plans.
- Use your judgement to signpost customers to external support organisations such as Citizens Advice or charitable debt services.
