Target Group is looking for an Arrears Executive to join our fully remote team across the United Kingdom.

You will speak with customers in arrears by phone and email, review income and expenditure, and agree sustainable payment plans with empathy and practical support.

The role offers 37.5 hours per week, with 5-day shifts and occasional Saturday coverage.
