About Target Green
Target Green is a specialist architectural technology and retrofit consultancy delivering high-quality residential projects across the UK.
Our work spans retrofit design, architectural design, planning and Building Regulations applications, Principal Designer services and technical consultancy. We combine strong technical design with practical problem solving, helping clients improve the quality, performance and longevity of existing buildings.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist or Chartered Architectural Technologist to play a key role in our future.
About the Role

You'll work closely with the directors, who will remain involved in project strategy, technical reviews and key design decisions. Day to day, however, you'll have the autonomy to coordinate projects, manage clients and keep work moving forward with confidence.
This isn't simply a drawing production role. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, taking responsibility and helping deliver high-quality projects from concept through to completion.

β’ Work collaboratively with the directors on project strategy and technical reviews.
β’ Help improve our internal systems, standards and project delivery processes.

β’ PAS 2035 knowledge or experience.
β’ Experience mentoring junior team members.
β’ A genuine interest in sustainable design and improving the performance of existing buildings.
What We Offer
β’ Fully remote working with occasional site visits and team meet-ups.
β’ Flexible working arrangements.
β’ Interesting and technically varied projects.
β’ Significant autonomy and responsibility.
β’ A supportive, collaborative and friendly team.
β’ Opportunity to influence the direction and growth of a specialist consultancy.
