At Target Fire Systems Limited, we deliver end-to-end fire protection solutions — from design through to sprinkler installation and ongoing maintenance — across the commercial sector. We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team, taking ownership of commercial performance across our projects. What you’ll be doing:
- Managing costs from tender through to final account.
- Handling valuations, variations & reporting.
- Working closely with clients, suppliers & delivery teams.
- Supporting delivery of full lifecycle fire protection projects.
What we’re looking for:
- QS experience (construction, M&E or fire protection)
- Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge.
- Confident communicator who can manage multiple projects.
