We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, customer service-driven individual to join our front of house team in Yeadon.
The role:
- You will be the first point of contact for all patients, taking them through their journey whilst delivering a first-class customer service experience.
- You will be responsible for efficiently managing the appointment books alongside various administrative and financial tasks.
Working hours:
- Monday 08.30am - 7.00pm
- Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 08.30am - 5.30pm
- 33.5 hours per week
The ideal candidate:
- We donβt need you to know anything about dentistry; full training will be provided.
- We want you to have a genuine passion for delivering a 5* customer service experience for all our patients.
- Keeping people happy and making them smile will fulfil you in your role.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven front of house/reception experience
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering a 5* service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
- Proficient in using office software and scheduling systems
- Attention to detail and strong organisation skills
