We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Commercial Operations Team. This is a varied role where you'll support customers throughout their journey with us, handling enquiries, processing orders and returns, resolving issues and working closely with colleagues across the business to deliver an excellent customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing
- Responding to customer enquiries by phone, email and other communication channels.
- Providing information about products, services, orders, deliveries and returns.
- Taking ownership of customer queries and seeing them through to resolution.
- Processing orders, returns, exchanges and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
- Investigating and resolving order, delivery and service-related issues.
- Keeping customers informed and managing expectations throughout the customer journey.
- Recording customer interactions accurately and maintaining high-quality records.
- Handling customer feedback and supporting the resolution of complaints.
- Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Purchasing, Operations and other departments.
- Supporting team objectives and contributing to continuous improvements in service delivery.
- Support a positive and consistent customer experience.
About You
- Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.
- Experience using CRM, ERP, customer service or ticket management systems.
- Experience processing customer orders, returns and credits.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet service level expectations.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
- Experience working within retail, technology, distribution, logistics, warranty or other service-led environments would be advantageous.
- Experience supporting process improvements, business change initiatives or continuous improvement activities would be beneficial.
- A genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
