This is a structured role that requires reliable and consistent availability, with a clear working pattern agreed in advance. You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering treatments to a high clinical standard.
  • Conducting confident, structured consultations.
  • Converting consultations into treatment plans.
  • Upselling, cross-selling, and recommending appropriately.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM notes and daily scorecards.
  • Re-engaging unsold clients and driving repeat bookings.
  • Working closely with reception to protect and optimise the diary.

You are not just treating, you are driving client outcomes and clinic performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum Level 3 Beauty Therapy.
  • Experience in Laser, Micro-needling & skin peels.
  • 2 years minimum experience in aesthetics.
  • Strong consultation and communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness and confidence.
  • Professional presentation and behaviour.
  • Consistent and reliable availability.
  • Ability to commit to agreed working days with a high level of consistency.
