We’re now seeking a Recruitment Consultant to build and scale our contract desk in the Horsham office, delivering high‑performing interim talent across Europe and the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow a contract desk from the ground up within financial services, focusing on Trading, Finance, and Technology
- Win new business: Identify, target, and secure clients through proactive business development and networking
- Candidate management: Source, qualify, and manage interim professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, and referrals
- Market mapping & intelligence: Stay ahead of hiring trends, contractor availability, and competitor activity to create first‑mover advantage
Who You Are
- 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment (ideally contract within financial services, technology, or professional services)
- Strong business development and client acquisition track record
- Skilled at negotiating and maintaining long‑term client relationships
- Resilient, target‑driven, and motivated to deliver growth and results
- Confident communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced, competitive environment
