We’re looking for an Experienced Recruitment Consultant based in or around Horsham, West Sussex to focus on the recruitment of financial traders on the sell-side for prestigious finance and investment management firms across Europe and the US. You’ll be working directly with the London Managing Director. Please note, this role is fully office-based.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize job boards and social media platforms like LinkedIn to attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends, job opportunities, and company intel
- Source, qualify, and conduct interviews ensuring technical and cultural fit for all client requirements
- Ensure seamless functioning and maintenance of recruitment systems and databases
- Identify clients and recruitment opportunities
- Verify data accuracy, organize records, and uphold data integrity standards
Who Are You?
- Must have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in 360 recruitment , ideally in the financial industry focused on sell-side clients
- A strong communicator with exceptional organizational skills
- Innovative, curious, and highly motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
