We are working alongside senior members of their London and New York offices as they seek to expand their teams by hiring top-tier research and trading professionals across several key desks in the regions. We are seeking individuals to join our research team who have extensive experience in machine learning, whether from an applied or academic background. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of a broad range of ML techniques and be passionate about experimenting with model architectures, feature transformations, and hyperparameters to drive robust and reliable inferences. As an ML researcher, you will play a key role in shaping the firm’s future ML advancements. This includes contributing to the recruitment of new ML talent, presenting at conferences, mentoring teammates, and helping define the organization’s strategic goals for machine learning.

Qualifications:

  • An advanced degree in a STEM discipline.
  • Advanced ML experience at a reputable buy-side player or Big Tech institution.
  • Exceptional coding skills.
