We’re seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to drive growth in our Accounting & Finance Consulting vertical — connecting top-tier interim and project professionals with management consultancies and advisory firms across Europe and the Americas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a desk from the ground up: Establish and scale a consulting-focused contract/interim recruitment desk specialising in Accounting and Finance.
  • Client delivery: Manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle, from client brief to placement, ensuring speed, accuracy, and quality.

Who You Are

  • 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment (ideally within consulting or finance transformation) OR a recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Strong business development and client acquisition track record.
  • Skilled at negotiating and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Resilient, target-driven, and motivated to deliver growth and results.
  • Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
