Tardis Environmental UK Ltd are a well-established portable toilet and tanker hire business that operate a large fleet of HGV and LGV vehicles across various locations situated throughout the UK. We hire temporary waste and water solutions from 1000ltr waste and water storage tanks up to 30,000ltr storage tanks. Currently members of FORS and hold Gold accreditation.
We are currently looking to recruit a Transport Planning Administrator based at our Telford Depot.
Hours: Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm or 9am to 6pm (8am to 5pm whilst training)
Salary: £27,500 per annum
Purpose: Reporting directly to the company Transport Manager to ensure all aspects of the Transport Tanker Operations run smoothly with the main focus on good customer service. To ensure all adhere to the company’s policies, in line with Tardis standards and current legislation. Effectively manage and oversee all Transport Administration requirements as directed within the department and across all areas of the business.
Key Duties:
- Roll any jobs from drivers that have called in sick or due to vehicle breakdowns
- Ensure all customers are communicated with should a service fail and to log on company spreadsheets
- Ensure all jobs not completed on the day are rebooked and serviced by midday the following day
- Ensure all emails are responded to in a timely manner
