Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant with a legal background to provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring efficient management of daily operations, communications, and strategic priorities. The role requires a candidate with a legal background who can confidently handle legal documentation, compliance matters, and sensitive business information.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support
- Manage the Managing Director's diary, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the first point of contact, screening calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare briefing documents, reports, presentations, and meeting packs.
- Ensure the Managing Director is fully prepared for meetings with appropriate documentation and background information.
- Legal & Compliance Support
- Draft, review, and proofread legal and commercial documents (e.g., contracts, NDAs, agreements).
- Liaise with internal and external legal counsel when required.
- Maintain and organise legal documentation and records.
- Monitor compliance deadlines and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct basic legal research and summarise findings where necessary.
- Administration & Coordination
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Track key business actions and follow up to ensure completion.
- Maintain confidential files and records in an organised and secure manner.
- Support project coordination and business initiatives led by the Managing Director.
- Stakeholder Management
- Communicate professionally with clients, board members, stakeholders, and senior executives.
- Build strong working relationships across departments.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion at all times.

- Familiarity with legal terminology, documentation, and compliance processes.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with document management systems.
- Ability to draft and format formal legal and business documents.
