Sales Administrator
to join our existing sales team to provide customer support across a range of private and public sectors. Salary:
£28,000 per annum Hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 5pm Duties and Responsibilities: Providing customers with product information in response to requests by email and telephone Providing customers with quotations for products and services Answering queries in terms of stock, delivery times, accounts, and production Prospecting new business opportunities Building relationships with customers Processing sales orders Providing support to external sales personnel Re-contacting enquirers to make sure they have received literature/quotations and whether they require further information prior to placing an order About you: Self-motivated Resilience Strong verbal and written communication skills The ability to influence and negotiate with others Commercial awareness IT skills Numerical skills Confidence, charisma and keen to progress a long-term career Experience within a sales & customer service environment / familiar with client interactions Good administrative and organisational skills Good team player Ability to solve problems Willing to learn Benefits: 28 days paid holiday Company Pension scheme through Legal & General within 3 months of start date Free on-site parking Want to be part of a great team - to have the opportunity to join us, please submit your CV to be considered for an immediate interview or call our HR department on 0800 731 0589.
