Tardis Environmental UK Ltd are a well-established portable toilet and tanker hire business that operate a large fleet of HGV and LGV vehicles across various locations situated throughout the UK. We hire temporary waste and water solutions from 1000ltr waste and water storage tanks up to 30.000ltr storage tanks. Currently members of FORS and hold Gold accreditation. We are looking for an experienced Compliance & DataAdministrator to join our team at our Walsall depot. Salary: Β£28,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Duties and Responsibilities: Accurately compile, maintain and manage compliance-related data and records. Enter and update information on customer, and regulatory authority portals. Liaise with water authorities, , customers, and other external stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are met. Monitor, track and maintain permits, licences, waste transfer documentation and associated records. Prepare and submit compliance reports and supporting documentation within required timescales. Support customers with documentation requests and compliance-related queries. Work closely with operational, transport and sales teams to gather and validate information. Maintain digital and paper filing systems, ensuring records are organised and audit-ready. Assist with the administration of waste and water-related compliance processes. Respond to incoming telephone calls and emails, providing professional support to customers and stakeholders. Identify and resolve data discrepancies, escalating issues where necessary. Undertake general administrative duties and provide support to the wider business as required Experience/ Skills Required: Previous experience in an administrative, compliance, data entry or customer portal role Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy when working with data. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively. Confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word. Experience working with customer portals, compliance systems or databases would be advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build positive relationships with customers, regulatory bodies and internal departments. Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills. Experience within the waste, water, transport, environmental or utilities sector would be beneficial but not essential.
