TARCG Aviation is currently seeking a highly motivated and ambitious private aviation professional to join our client located in Central London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record within private aviation, possess an entrepreneurial mindset, and be ambitious in their career objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective clients while managing relationships with existing customers
- Research and propose suitable aircraft options from a global network of operators, ensuring alignment with client needs, budget, and scheduling requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with aircraft operators and suppliers to guarantee aircraft availability, competitive pricing, and high service standards
- Prepare, negotiate, and finalise charter agreements, clearly communicating terms and responsibilities to all stakeholders
- Manage the full charter process from initial inquiry through to post-flight follow-up, ensuring smooth coordination and exceptional service throughout
- Ensure all charter operations adhere to international aviation standards, regulatory guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in a private jet charter brokerage or charter operator
- A good knowledge of aircraft types, charter operations, and aviation regulations
- Strong existing network of operators and suppliers
- Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Highly self-motivated and capable of independently managing multiple charters simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and aircraft quoting tools is advantageous.
