TARCG is a specialist aviation/aerospace recruitment consultancy working with clients on a global basis. Due to continued expansion and growth, we are now looking for an ambitious and driven individual to join our permanent and executive hire department.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively sourcing professionals across multiple platforms
- Deliver exceptional customer service for an international client base
- Business Development
- Arranging interviews between clients and candidates
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers
- Gathering compliance documentation and formatting resumes
- Answering inbound telephone calls and managing client/candidate enquiries
- Uphold the values of TARCG and be an ambassador for the company
- Travel when required
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Professional communication on the phone, in person, and via email
- The ability to manage time effectively
- Attention to detail
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Flexibility within the role
