TARCG has an exciting new opportunity for a Private Jet Charter Broker to join our client in central London. Our client prides themselves on providing the highest standards of personalised service, ensuring a seamless and tailored travel experience. They have extensive industry expertise and have established strong partnerships with leading aircraft operators.
As a Private Jet Charter Broker, you will be responsible for identifying client needs, qualifying their interest/purchase intentions, and fulfilling their requirements. You will cater to both HNWI’s and corporate clients, arranging private jets and delivering an outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:- Consult with clients to understand their requirements and source suitable, cost-effective aircraft charter solutions.
- Build long-term relationships and liaise effectively with aircraft operators.
- Consistently exceed client expectations by delivering first-class service.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and new business prospects, ensuring maximum revenue opportunities and high client retention.
- Grow your client base by researching databases, websites, and social media platforms.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via outbound sales calls, emails, and meetings (both virtual and in-person) to convert leads into loyal customers.
- Respond promptly to urgent charter requests, ensuring availability virtually 24/7.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company with professionalism and expertise.
- At least two years’ experience in working as a Charter Broker.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong understanding of the private aviation market, including aircraft types, availability, airport logistics, handling agents, pet travel, restrictions, and permits (advantageous).
- High proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience using CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred).
- Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to recover quickly from setbacks.
- Strong commercial awareness, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the client and the business.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage contracts effectively.
- Ability to communicate confidently with High-Net-Worth Individuals.
- A dynamic and engaging personality.
