We're supporting a leading MRO in the search for a Safety, Quality & Compliance Monitoring Manager to join their team at Stansted Airport. This Form 4 postholder role reports to the Accountable Manager and has responsibility for the organisation's Safety Management System and Quality & Compliance Monitoring Systems across Part-145 maintenance and FBO operations (IS-BAH).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead internal, external, and regulatory audits
- Manage non-conformities and corrective actions
- Maintain MOE and regulatory compliance
- Oversee safety risk management and occurrence investigations
- Liaise with the CAA and relevant authorities
About You
- Strong knowledge of Part-145 and IS-BAH
- Acceptable to the CAA/EASA as a Form 4 postholder
- Recognised auditor qualification
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Part-66 AML desirable but not essential
