We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our permanent recruitment desk, focused on placing skilled professionals across the aviation industry. This is a full-cycle recruitment role, requiring a proactive and entrepreneurial individual who can manage both client relationships and candidate pipelines. You’ll be working with a global client base, with a primary focus on markets in the EU, UK and North America.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from client acquisition to candidate placement
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients within the aviation industry
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of permanent roles (engineering, operations, technical, executive, etc.)
- Write compelling job adverts and market roles across multiple platforms
- Negotiate offers between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional process
- Maintain accurate records using internal CRM systems
- Work towards individual and team KPIs and revenue targets
- Stay up to date with aviation industry trends and recruitment best practices
- Organised, proactive, and results-driven
- Confident in candidate sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking)
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
- A second European language is a plus, but not essential
