Our client is looking for an experienced Planning Manager to join their growing maintenance operation. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in developing and managing aircraft maintenance planning within a fast-paced Part 145 environment.

Location: Wales - Cardiff - UK

Role Summary

Our client is seeking a candidate to administer, develop and manage all aspects of aircraft planning related to Part 145 activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop procedures to support a fast-growing Part 145 MRO
  • Chair aircraft pre-input meetings
  • Review incoming work scope proposals in collaboration with Sales
  • Plan all accepted work packages
  • Collaborate with logistics and production to ensure smooth aircraft input and efficient turnaround times
  • Manage communications with CAMOs regarding work packages
  • Oversee management of technical records and technical publications
  • Attend global planning and sales meetings on behalf of the business

Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of EASA and CAA Part-M and Part-145 regulations
  • Strong IT skills
  • Fluent in English
