TARCG is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-respected aviation client for an experienced and motivated B1.3 Field Engineer to support critical operations across the South of England. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer based in the Oxford area, who is comfortable working in the field and able to travel as needed to the client’s Northampton location.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the line maintenance of the Children’s Air Ambulance based at Oxford, as well as a fleet of VIP aircraft operating across the South. This position offers a high level of responsibility and variety, supporting both emergency medical services and private aviation.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A valid B1.3 License
  • AW109 and/or AW169 type ratings (preferred)
  • A willingness to undertake an AW169 type rating course if not already held
  • Solid experience in rotorcraft line maintenance
  • A self-sufficient, flexible approach with strong problem-solving abilities
