The Role
We are seeking an Aviation Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Consultant to support our permanent recruitment desk, focused on placing skilled professionals across the aviation industry. This is an entry-level to early-career opportunity designed for someone looking to build a long-term career in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, industry networks, and internal databases
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate qualification calls
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future aviation roles
- Write and post job adverts across multiple platforms
- Support Recruitment Consultants with shortlisting and candidate management
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within internal CRM systems
- Conduct market mapping and competitor research within the aviation sector
- Stay informed on aviation industry trends and hiring activity
- Work towards agreed activity-based KPIs
Requirements
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn
- Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with professionals at all levels
- Resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong research and sourcing skills (LinkedIn or job board experience desirable but not essential)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A second European language is a plus, but not essential
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or administration is advantageous but not required.
