The Role

We are seeking an Aviation Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Consultant to support our permanent recruitment desk, focused on placing skilled professionals across the aviation industry. This is an entry-level to early-career opportunity designed for someone looking to build a long-term career in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, industry networks, and internal databases
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate qualification calls
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future aviation roles
  • Write and post job adverts across multiple platforms
  • Support Recruitment Consultants with shortlisting and candidate management
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within internal CRM systems
  • Conduct market mapping and competitor research within the aviation sector
  • Stay informed on aviation industry trends and hiring activity
  • Work towards agreed activity-based KPIs

Requirements

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn
  • Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with professionals at all levels
  • Resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong research and sourcing skills (LinkedIn or job board experience desirable but not essential)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A second European language is a plus, but not essential
  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or administration is advantageous but not required.
