Quality civil work is built from the ground up and our team of siteworks labourers make that possible. As a labourer, you will play a hands-on role in our 'Done Right' approach to projects - big or small. You will be part of a team working on various earthmoving and civil siteworks projects throughout Mid Canterbury.

You’ll be working alongside operators and supervisors on a wide range of civil projects, including subdivisions, foundations, driveways, drainage, and general earthworks. The work is physical and practical, often involving shovelling, compacting, raking, site preparation, and assisting with plant and machinery. This role exists to make sure the fundamentals on site are completed properly - because no project succeeds without solid groundwork.

What you will need:

  • Some experience working on and around heavy machinery
  • Self-Motivation and be able to work unsupervised
  • Be a team player and have good communication skills
  • Ability to complete a job to a high standard
  • A good attitude towards Health and Safety
