The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
The safe and timely transport of materials on and off site is crucial to our ‘Done Right’ approach to delivering every project. As a truck operator, you will play a key role in our 'Done Right' approach to projects - big or small. You will operate our modern fleet of tip truck and trailer units working on various civil construction and earthmoving projects throughout Mid Canterbury. Whether it's 10 tonnes or 1,000 tonnes, day to day tasks will include the loading, transporting and spreading aggregates on various sites around Mid Canterbury working closely with our team of operators.
What you will need:
- Class 5 NZ drivers licence
- Experience operating tip trucks and tip trailers
- Experience operating loaders & excavators (preferred but not essential)
- Experience spreading gravel and lime (preferred but not essential)
- Self-motivation and be able to work unsupervised
- Be a team player and have good communication skills
- A good attitude towards Health and Safety
