We are currently recruiting for a Housing Administrator (Maternity Cover) to join our Housing Team!
Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary
Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (Monday - Friday)
Location: Armagh
The Housing Administrator is responsible for helping manage and oversee all Tarasis Housing properties. They will proactively engage with tenants, sub-contractors, landlords, and external bodies to ensure all Housing policies and procedures are always adhered to.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and carry out follow ups
- Update housing management system with accurate and up to date data
- Deal with queries in accordance with Tarasis policies and procedures and in a timely manner
- Liaise with service users, colleagues, contractors and other third parties
What We Need From You:
- 2 years' experience in a busy office environment
- 6 months experience in a Housing type environment
- Experience of Housing Management System and tracking
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to engage and interact effectively in a business environment both through oral and written communications
