Office Administrator to join our Operations Team in Armagh!
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday - Friday
Location: Armagh
Job Summary: You will provide vital administrative support to the Operations Team, playing a key part in supporting our care services, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service user support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day office and admin support.
- Answer calls, follow up queries, and maintain accurate records on our MIS (OneTouch).
- Prepare weekly staff rotas and arrange cover for client care.
- Support Community Managers with referrals and client packages.
- Ensure all client and staff information is maintained in line with GDPR and company policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous administration experience (healthcare or scheduling experience an advantage).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and databases.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A flexible, team-focused approach.
